Using WunderGoo

These terms describe use of WunderGoo, provided by Bold Vibes Labs LLC. A responsible adult should manage accounts and purchases and supervise children’s use. The parent account belongs to the adult who signs in, and that adult is responsible for purchases made with it. Read these terms and the Privacy page before using paid account services. If you do not accept these terms, do not purchase or use those services.

Safety, risk and responsibility

Making slime uses household chemicals. Activators contain borax (sodium tetraborate), boric acid or contact-lens solution, and some recipes use hot water. These can irritate skin and eyes and are harmful if swallowed. A responsible adult does the activator and hot-water steps, keeps ingredients away from mouths, and makes sure everyone washes their hands afterwards. Do not make slime with or for a child who still puts things in their mouth, and stop if anyone's skin or eyes react. Slime is not food. Two recipes, Marshmallow Dough and Chocolate Taffy Dough, are food recipes: they are meant to be eaten, carry their own allergen notes (gelatin, milk, soy, possible nut warnings), and are the only recipes that are food. Every other recipe is a toy and must never be eaten.

Read every product label and use the ingredients the recipe names; substitutions change the chemistry. If an ingredient or slime is swallowed or gets in someone's eyes, follow the label and call Poison Control (in the US, 1-800-222-1222) or a doctor.

WunderGoo provides instructions, not physical ingredients, medical advice or a guarantee of suitability. We do not make or sell the ingredients and cannot see how they are stored, used or supervised in your home, so you use the recipes at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Bold Vibes Labs LLC is not liable for injury, allergic reaction, damage to surfaces or clothing, or other loss arising from making or playing with slime. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Free and paid access

Classic PVA is free. The Family Pass is $12 for 12 months and does not renew by itself. The Founder Lifetime Pass is $35 once and gives lifetime consumer-app access. It is a limited launch offer and may be withdrawn without notice. The purchase screen shows the local price and terms before you pay. Physical kits, ingredients and supplies are not included.

An active Family Pass includes consumer recipes, features, limited-time seasonal recipe drops while the pass is active, and future consumer-app additions. Lifetime is a one-time license while the consumer service operates; it is not ownership of software or a guarantee of perpetual hosting or future device compatibility. Annual expiry does not remove access to your own history or export. Classic remains free.

Payment, duration and restoration

In the app, buy through the App Store or Google Play. On the web, your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service. Link takes the payment, works out any sales tax or VAT, sends the receipt, and handles payment disputes, so you also agree to Link’s terms at checkout. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* BOLDVIBESLABS.COM. Checkout may show the price in your local currency; the US-dollar price is the one we set. Payments must be verified before access is granted. The pass is tied to your parent account and works on the platforms we support. A store account on its own does not link to a parent account. Store Family Sharing is not promised.

A new 12-month pass starts when your current one ends, or now if you have none. Google prepaid access uses the expiry verified by Google. Each repeat purchase or top-up requires a deliberate transaction. Neither offer renews automatically. Lifetime takes precedence over annual access.

Restore retrieves valid access; it does not duplicate a purchase or restore unsynced notebook or photo data. Refunds, revocations or disputes can remove access to the affected purchase. A valid separate purchase may continue to provide access. Account deletion is separate from refunds; automatic purchase recovery after deletion is unavailable.

Your account and local work

Keep control of the parent email account and do not share sign-in codes. Sign out on shared devices. Paid offline use requires an unexpired verified grant and lasts at most 24 hours before online refresh; pass expiry can shorten this. Outages may prevent sign-in, purchase verification or access refresh.

You retain rights you already have in your records and pictures. Export important records and save photos separately. Clearing storage, reinstalling or changing devices can remove local work. Parent sign-in does not provide a cloud notebook backup.

License and acceptable use

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the consumer app within your verified access. Do not resell account access, bypass purchase verification, attack the service or misuse others’ information. These restrictions do not limit activities expressly permitted by applicable law. App software, branding and provided content remain with their respective owners.

Availability and ending use

We may maintain or update the app and restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse or security threats. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where appropriate. These measures do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Contact support to dispute an access restriction.

You can stop using the app and request account deletion. Deletion does not delete device-local records, erase independent payment-provider records or itself produce a refund. These passes do not create an automatic future renewal charge.

Consumer rights and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the app. Outcomes depend on ingredients, supervision and conditions outside the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require a waiver of mandatory remedies or impose mandatory arbitration.

Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms for app or operational changes, with notice where required. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or purchased benefits. The effective date identifies the version.

Contact support first if something goes wrong. Applicable law determines mandatory rights, governing rules and competent courts; these terms do not select a jurisdiction that displaces protections you must receive. Apple or Google distribution terms may separately apply to the app license and store transaction.

Refund requests

Web purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service. If you change your mind, email support@wundergoo.com within 10 days and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. You can also ask Link directly at link.com within 60 days of the purchase; Link reviews those requests itself and may refund without asking us. Either way a refund usually shows up in 3 to 10 business days and ends the pass it paid for. Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules; ask them, because we cannot refund those. Nothing here limits refund rights that consumer law gives you.
