Your WunderGoo parent account
To delete your account, open Parent account in the WunderGoo app and tap Delete account. Or sign in below with your email, Apple or Google and choose Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email support@wundergoo.com and tell us the email, Apple or Google account you used, or the store receipt for the pass.
What deleting does
Deleting removes your email, name, Apple or Google sign-in, sessions and saved purchase proofs right away.
We keep a record that the account ID was deleted, and small coded purchase records that stop a deleted purchase being used again. These have no end date.
Our encrypted backups keep a copy for up to 30 days. Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) also keeps a daily copy of the whole server for disaster recovery and deletes each copy after 7 days.
Deleting does not refund a pass and does not delete the pantry and notebook on your device.
If the account service is down, try again later. Closing this page deletes nothing.
