For parents and families

Help for parents.

Getting started

WunderGoo is a recipe companion for supervised slime-making. Classic PVA is free and does not require a parent account. Choose ingredients in the pantry, open a recipe, follow its instructions and save a batch in your notebook. Read ingredient labels and recipe warnings together before starting.

Family Pass and renewal

The offer is $12 for 12 months with no automatic renewal, or a $35 Founder Lifetime Pass for lifetime consumer-app access, a limited launch offer that may be withdrawn without notice. The purchase screen shows the price and terms before you pay. Physical ingredients and kits are separate. A new annual purchase is a deliberate purchase, not an automatic charge.

After annual access expires, Classic, your own saved history and export remain available. Lifetime covers consumer recipes, features and consumer updates while WunderGoo operates; it does not guarantee perpetual hosting or compatibility with every future device.

Sign-in and restoring purchases

You can buy a Family Pass without an email. On a new phone or after a reinstall, tap Restore purchases in the app. To use the same pass on the web or another phone, sign in with Apple or Google, or with an email code, in Parent account, then sign in the same way there. Do not buy again because access has not appeared yet.

Check your connection and the store account you paid with, then tap Restore purchases. Pending or unverified payments cannot unlock access. For purchase help, provide the platform, approximate purchase date and a redacted order reference. Never send a sign-in code, password, full receipt payload or card details.

Offline use and sign-in

Open the app once online, then check that it works offline before you count on it. Classic and local records can work offline. Paid offline access uses a previously verified grant for at most 24 hours, ending sooner if the pass expires. Connect again to refresh it. Starting a new paid batch may require a connection; a batch already started can finish.

The app keeps you signed in. The website uses a secure session cookie; the store apps use the phone’s secure storage. A session lasts up to a year and renews while you use the app. On the web, save the pass to an email so clearing the browser does not lose it. Sign out when you finish on a shared device.

Your notebook and photos

A parent account restores access, not pantry, notebook or photos. Use the app backup/export controls before clearing storage, changing devices or reinstalling. Moving your pantry and notebook to another phone does not move photos or a batch you are in the middle of. Save a composed photo separately before leaving that flow.

Photos are made on your device. Sharing is up to the parent, and whoever you pick receives the file. You can skip photos. Browser or operating-system backup settings may affect copies outside the app.

Deleting an account or local records

Open Account & deletion, sign in and choose Delete account. You can also do it in Parent account inside the app. Deleting removes your email, name, sign-in and saved purchase proofs. We keep small coded purchase records that stop a deleted purchase being used again. A deleted account cannot get its purchases back automatically.

Account deletion does not erase device-local pantry, notebook or photos, cancel a separate provider account, or request a refund. Export records you want to keep, then use local deletion controls or clear this app’s storage. Copies saved to Photos, Files, another app or device backup must be removed there separately.

Reporting a problem

Include your device model, operating system, app version, recipe and the last step that worked. Leave children’s names, faces and identifying details out of reports. Never send credentials. We usually reply within a few days.
