Help
Pick what you have, find a recipe, and make something together.
Before you make
A grown-up should read the whole recipe and ingredient labels first. Follow the recipe’s safety notes and grown-up steps. Ingredient substitutes can behave differently—check the recipe before swapping anything.
Keep WunderGoo handy
Open the app in your phone’s browser. Look in the browser menu or Share menu for an install or “Add to Home Screen” option. The wording depends on your phone and browser.
Can we use it offline?
Load the app online first and give it time to finish loading. Open it once more without a connection before relying on it offline. Shopping links need internet access. Clearing your browser’s site data can remove both saved work and the offline copy.
Where is our work saved?
You can buy a Family Pass without an email. To use the same pass on the web or another phone, sign in with Apple or Google, or with an email code. A parent account does not sync children's pantry, photos or batches. Sign-in can stay on this device until you sign out or the session expires. A recently verified pass can work offline for up to 24 hours, or until the annual pass expires if sooner. Connect again to refresh it. Classic stays free. A batch already started can still be finished.
Your pantry and saved batch records stay in this browser on this device. They do not automatically sync to another phone. A different browser or website address has its own storage, even on the same phone.
Move pantry and batch records to another device
On the pantry home screen, open the transfer/backup controls. Copy the backup text, keep it somewhere private, then paste it into the restore control on the other device.
Restoring replaces the pantry and batch records included in the backup. Make a backup of the destination device first. This transfer does not include Family Pass access, an in-progress cooking session, or photos.
What happens to photos?
The app composes the finished picture on your device. Use its save or share controls to keep a copy before leaving the photo flow. Photos are not included in the pantry backup. If the camera or sharing option is unavailable, you can skip the photo and keep making.
Something looks stuck?
Make a pantry/batch backup if you can. Close and reopen the app while online. Do not clear site data as a first fix. It can remove your saved work.
When reporting a problem to support@wundergoo.com, include your phone/browser, the recipe, and the last step that worked. Please leave children’s names and photos out of the report.
